3. Estimates, Contracts & Payments
- All estimates are non-binding until a formal agreement is executed.
- Pricing may vary based on site conditions, permitting requirements, and equipment availability.
- A deposit may be required prior to scheduling installation or service.
- Final payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in service delays or cancellation.
4. Permits, Compliance & Responsibilities
- MSH Power will assist with permitting when applicable, but requirements vary by municipality.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring property access, HOA approvals, and utility coordination unless otherwise specified.
- All installations are performed in accordance with applicable Texas codes and regulations.
5. Warranties & Limitations
- Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer (e.g., Generac, Briggs & Stratton, etc.).
- Workmanship warranties (if offered) will be specified in your contract.
- MSH Power is not liable for:

- Fuel supply interruptions
- Acts of God, including storms, floods, or natural disasters
- Third-party utility issues
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MSH Power shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
